How do you get tickets to a movie premier?

I’ve always wanted to know how you can get tickets to a movie premier. From what I understand, people do it all the time. And I don’t care much about cost, I’ll save up for a movie if I have to.

I was specifically thinking of a movie premier…..
To be more clear. Not a midnight premier, but a premier.

    I used to work at a movie theatre and usually about a week before the premier date they start to sell tickets. Just go up to the window and ask for tickets to their midnight permier.
