A clip from Daniel Day-Lewis’s appearance on the AMC interview show ‘Movies 101′ in 2005. Hosted by NYU film professor Richard Brown, this program was reminiscent of ‘Inside The Actors Studio’, minus some of the pretentiousness. DDL looks pretty rough here, but his recounting of his brief career with the Royal Shakespeare Company is hilarious.

One of the great things about talking about what you do in public is being able to get back at all those horrible people who you’ve met along the way…..good for Daniel
